Five stars for him for the interaction we had while took all my information to give to Karina who would be the one handling my claim. Five stars for Cynthia for knowing off the top of her head what repair shops in town State Farm works with, and for the pleasant phone calls because as a night shifter, phone tag is inevitable. 10/10 stars for Karina. When I initially started my claim, she was out of office, but I got a call from her not even an hour after I had left from giving my information and the first question she asked was if I was okay. She walked me through the process of the claim and repairs, and when it came time to have the phone call with the Main Mother State Farm Claims Person, Karina was on the call with me handling the technical details; I just had to add the personal ones. And from start to finish with my repairs, Karina was in contact making sure things were going, and went, smoothly. I appreciate everyone at this office, but Karina deserves a spa day for the extra mile she went for me.
