5 /5 Brunette Coleman: I really enjoyed Tamika Williams she made sure all my question were answered, she was patient with me. She deserves a raise I was very pleased with her customer service it felt like customer care.

1 /5 DANA MITCHELL: On Juneteenth I was about to enter this place, but witnessed a gentlemen prematurely decorating for July 4th. As a member of NAACP and being African American this was troubling. I found the timing of this display insensitive. To some this may seem harmless but to me it felt like a dismissal and Im sure other African Americans felt the same way entering the store or passing by.

1 /5 C G: As a student seeking insurance that is affordable, I was given a policy price that was around 200$ however I ended up being charged more. I went on to State Farm which gave a much better option and was trying to cancel my policy within Auto Direct 30 day policy for a refund. They did NOT in fact give me a refund and charged me additional for canceling the policy. I lost close to 400$ as a full-time student and will suggest you be careful when deciding. Dont go for the cheapest but rather look at all options before!

She will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. I had a great experience with her that I will be checking in from time to time just to speak with her sunny cheerful attitude.
