I was with my previous insurance agency for two years, but they were no match for Meghan at Hettler. She was able to find the same policy/coverage with a significantly lower premium (with the potential for even more savings after 90 days). Every one of the staff is courteous, attentive, and helpful. Ben Matteson Excellent. Superior customer service experience. I just got off the phone with Justin. My wife wanted me to do some comparison shopping because our home insurance renewal premium had gone up significantly. First try, reached Justin. Went over the details with him and he told us to keep our existing policy and why. And because of the way our existing insurer handled independent agents, he couldnt be our agent for this policy. So, giving us the right answer cost him money. And hed probably say that was no big thing, but in so many areas of our lives, our business relationships are plagued with a lack of trustworthiness. So I now find myself genuinely disappointed that he cant be our agent. And I cant believe I wasted this much time not working with an independent insurance agent. I will call them again next year to review things and see if theres a better deal.
