Nonya Biz No points ,never any accidents or claims. Ever... Yet they still raise my price 1000. Yes 1000 a year for the last 3 years. Greed, 30 years with them. And Im stuck because others are started to raise the prices also. So much for loyalty and no claims.. I feel they should NOT punish the customer who is a good driver and has zero claims.. Whats the point of being a good driver and a loyal customer? Cant imagine if I had a ticket or needed to actually use them for a claim. I can not afford this much longer.

Melissa Parvis I would leave TEN stars if I could for Haley Villavaso. I was up the creek with my business insurance situation after having trusted another broker who let me down big time and risked me losing a huge deal with a client because I couldnt obtain the required insurance by the deadline. My first interaction with Haley was her consoling me on the phone in tears, desperate because I thought my business may go under if I didnt pull through on this deal. Haley got me all quotes in 3 working days. Work that took my other broker over 6 weeks to do and was still failing. She SAVED my business I will forever be a loyal customer and I will tell every living soul needing business insurance to GO TO HALEY!

Kent Fowler Absolute worse experience!!! They falsified information on an insurance app that they submitted just to get my business than 2 months later my rates went up and did absolutely nothing to help rectify the situation. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I will definitely be contacting the BBB
