Malea Harvey I absolutely love this branch. Celeste is so helpful with all your banking needs. Whether you have an account or your looking for information she really goes above and beyond. I really prefer using this branch to the other one the customer service far exceeds the other branch. The tellers here really try to help you and dont look put out . I also really like the new building it feels so fresh and clean.

Amy G-Z I love this bank. Have been with them for 11 years and have zero complaints. I’m not really understanding all these negative reviews because I’ve never had an issue. They’ve always been so helpful to me and friendly when I’ve gone in. I have never been charged a single fee in all the years I’ve been with them. The only thing that’s inconvenient is that there’s not more locations now that I no longer live in the island. Other than that, they’re open 7 days a week and much later than any other financial institution. This means no matter my schedule, I’m likely able to make it in if I ever need anything. I would recommend banking with them to anyone I know.

Ryan Hess Evelyn was great. I forgot my check in my pocket and sweated it was pretty ugly but she was able to run it through after several tries and cash it for me. She even reminded me to put money on my card. It’s so nice to have someone go the extra mile to help you out. Thanks PLS!
