5 /5 Malea Harvey: I absolutely love this branch. Celeste is so helpful with all your banking needs. Whether you have an account or your looking for information she really goes above and beyond. I really prefer using this branch to the other one the customer service far exceeds the other branch. The tellers here really try to help you and dont look put out . I also really like the new building it feels so fresh and clean.

1 /5 Rossano Dickie: Recently, I was going to open a bank account. My choices were between Hometown Bank and Texas First.. Lets just say after the experience my housemate had with Hometown and their REFUSSAL to wave a $5 fee fo replace an expired card that was mailed but never was received Texas came in FIRST with me AND my housemate who subsequently left with his "Hometiwn" with a CLOSED ACCOUNT and a cashiers check... The FIRST place BOTH of us went was Texas, leaving Hometown having won the $5 battle but loosing the war.

1 /5 Louis Wojcik: My debit card expired and I had not received a new one. They wanted to charge a replacement fee and refused to waive it even though I had never received it.

4 /5 Shirley Esparza: Good bank, just kinda backwards when you have to dispute a charge, or if you have to requests a new banking card everything seems to be old school where you have to go in and request.
