Niki Nichols Paid him to get all papers we needed to get deed to our land. He said we only needed a couple of signature. Turns out we needed a lot more than that. Two years later and a few thousand later we are still dealing with what he didnt. He will take your money tell you everything is good. Take his sweet time at getting paperwork together and filed, and you still wont have everything you need done correctly. HE never answers his phone and doesnt return phone calls. Dont use him if you dont have too.

Patricia Puente I hired Shani Flemins as my lawyer for my divorce. She is very kind and listens to you. I went there not wanting anything from my ex husband, just the divorce.
