Marty Mann A friend of mine who has progressing dementia used her credit card to run up $5000 before the card was cancelled by the bank. Her caregivers did not know and her bank accounts were consulated in another bank. A year later my friend apparently received a certified letter and signed for it. Then she apparently threw it away. We discovered that she had been taken to court and a judgement filed on her. I found Angela while looking for lawyers who would personally help us and not pass us to a junior staffer. Angela personally represents you. She met with us and listened to our problem. We had all the time we needed to talk with her. I was impressed that she had us pay her fee in three monthly payments so that she was “ under retainer” in case anything else happened to us. What a great idea! At the end of a month, I checked in on the progress surprisingly on the same day as Deb ( her great secretary) was sending me an email telling me the lawsuit was dismissed by the court!
