1 /5 E Lopez: As of January 2022, my mother has been waiting over two years to be named executor of her brothers estate. It has been over 6 months since my mother has turned in all requested documents. In fact the only reason she turned in something 6 months ago is because I got involved. Weve received no timeline in regard to the resolution of this probate case.
Update - February 29, 2024 - 4 years and counting to have a one asset estate resolved. No timelines - No estimate for resolution of my uncles estate. Absolutely avoid this attorney for all estate matters.

The original consult was so bad my mother was convinced she had to pay the mortgage and upkeep for her dead brothers home for 4 years. Only to recoup less than what she put into the whole ordeal. Here is what should have been explained to her clearly upfront "You dont need the services of an attorney. There is no will, you will be better off not doing anything. Do not pay a single penny to anyone." - But you did not. She was poorly informed and payed you a fee and began stressful 4 year ordeal of payments and court appointments. Conclusion, talk to a good attorney, not Jason Mann, save your self time and money.
