All of which, is invaluable when guiding her clients to the best course of action. She was very good about listening to my concerns and answering all of my questions. I have heard others complain that their attorneys were difficult to reach, were slow to respond, or they just didnt feel like their attorney made much of an effort. Dolores Donaldson I called Mr.Popelka because I had a question about a citation that I was served with regarding a foreclosure on a home and because I was an heir of my father (who is passed) and he was an heir of the deceased (his mother) I was served papers regarding the house. He did not rush me off the phone and asked what questions I had. He was very polite and listened and gave me all the answers I needed. If I was to ever need legal advice in the future I would go to him.
