5 /5 Allen Hall: Ive known Jim Horton for many years and have utilized him several times, as have many of my friends & colleagues. This last time, they were beyond impressive and words cant express how grateful I am for both Jim and his paralegal Brenda.. I was caught in a bureaucratic nightmare between a misfiled court order and the attorney general office working off of an incorrect order......but because someone else didnt file the write document, I was having to deal with the nightmare... Jim Horton and Brenda not only went above and beyond to get it fixed, they stayed on top of it for over a year until they made sure the court and the OAG office got everything corrected. Besides the fact that they got the job done - the most important part is THEY CARED!!

2 /5 rylen lewis: Really not impressed so far. I researched some lawyers in the area to potentially help me with a case. As one typically is when needing a lawyer, I was already stressed and emotional. This was the first number I called and a woman answered and asked for my name and a good number to reach me on as well as what I was needing a lawyer for. I gave her all this information and then after what I can only assume was her inputting the information I gave her, she asked me the details of my case or what they might be able to help me with. Having already told her at a very basic level what category my case would fall under, I assumed I was given the green light that they at the very least handled cases similarly but I still went into it knowing that just because someone has dealt with other cases that are similar, that doesn’t mean they can or will want to help with yours. I began to summarize my situation, not wanting to hold her up with all the nitty gritty details. I wanted her to be able to understand enough to be able to know if this was something they could move forward with. Im already struggling and trying to find the help I need. It’s already hard to trust someone you don’t know will do right by you and your family. This lady hung up on me mid-story. I gave her my call back #. Gave her a chance to call back. Nothing. I’d say if you want someone who cares….go elsewhere
