4 /5 Marjorie Morningstar: Representative was friendly and efficient however I was shocked at fee for service I did get senior discount but $224 for simple tax service seems high. I usually dont have to file I filed this time only to get refund. It cost me half of my refund I will do things differently if I ever file again like going online $224 was a big bite for limited income.
