1 /5 Christine Littrell: Based on my personal experience, I would highly advise taking your business elsewhere is you are personally looking for insurance. Across the course of two years, the communication from the JS Edwards & Sherlock team has fallen short. Working with agent Jessica Babin resulted in taking my business elsewhere, as her and the team demonstrated lack of customer care and did not acknowledge my needs/requests.
Additionally, the insurance coverage provided is not competitive. When switching to another agency for homeowners insurance, they were able to provide comparable coverage using the same parent company for half the price quoted by JS Edwards & Sherlock. Through this change process, it was clear that several items were added to my policy/items changed that Jessica claimed were non-negotiable (even though they were optional).
While others may have had a different experience, the multiple occasions of poor service and rudeness from the team I experienced in both homeowner and auto insurance made it clear that this agency has not earned a 5 star review.
