1 /5 Lizz Roth: InWest Retirement Solutions is the managing company for my previous employer. They have been very difficult to work with and have made numerous errors in processing a distribution of my retirement funds. I have called them 11 times in the last 2 months, 10 of which were from the past 3 weeks. They rarely return phone calls and the paperwork they sent me originally to distribute my funds had another employees name and social security number on it. Half of my retirement funds failed to distribute properly when we submitted paperwork initially and they have not been able to correctly distribute the funds since the error occurred two and a half weeks ago. One of the staff members I spoke to was friendly and tried to be helpful, but still didnt correct the issue. Two others I have spoken to were not only impolite but also didnt seem to know what they were doing. I do not recommend that business owners choose this management company for their retirement plans. It has been a huge headache for me to try to rollover my retirement funds. This should have been simple and taken a couple of weeks to complete from start to finish.
