She didn’t even hesitate to answer my many questions, she was very patient. Outstanding customer service skills are hard to come by these days!! Kudos to Rosa!

Lesley Johnston I called three times and was told they would call me back. No one ever returned my call. I had told them I had four houses and three cars I needed insurance on. Apparently they don’t need business. If they don’t want to talk to you ,trying to give them business ! They certainly won’t call you, when it’s time to make a claim.
