1 /5 Lauren Wright: When I first worked with Bear and Kate over five years ago, the experience was great — they found an excellent home and auto bundle for me. Unfortunately, after that initial setup, the level of customer service declined significantly. It feels as though the good deal gets you in the door, but once your policy begins, there is little support or responsiveness from the team. Not once did I email them without having to send multiple follow-ups, and even then, replies often took days or even weeks. I hope they are able to improve this, but I have to take my business where I can get a timely response.
