1 /5 Alice Shen: One Star is Extremely Generous for the Experience we had with this Firm at Killans Steakhouse in Pearland tonight 8/7/2025 at 5:50pm for a Retirement Planning Dinner Seminar. If Google gave me the option of a ZERO STAR review, I would give Summer Roberts and her Firm ZERO STARS. The receptionists were extremely rude, disrespectful and demonstrated no integrity because they had sent a postcard invitation for my son and I to my mailbox. We had registered online and received a personal confirmation from Summer Roberts herself the day before the event only to be turned away by her receptionists claiming that the event was full and they never confirmed us in time. I showed them Summer Roberts Confirmation Email and they looked at me like I had received a Spam Email even though the Online RSVP had Summer Roberts Work Email Address clearly listed along with Cancellation Options and Guest Information. I am an entrepreneur in real estate with over $5 million in assets and have never experienced such a fraudulent and humiliating customer reception. Moreover, they told us that 3 other people were also waiting for open seats. What type of organizational planning is this??? How can we trust our money to be put under this CEO/Founders Leadership????? There are millions of financial advising institutions in Greater Houston. Due to what happened tonight at the Retirement Planning Dinner Seminar at Killans Steakhouse in Pearland, we will keep away from Summer Roberts and Impact! Partners Financial. Please do not ever send us your postcard invitations to our mailbox ever again. This is both humiliating and fraudulent. I will also be posting a complaint to the BBB. My network acquaintances will be informed of the level of distrust, humiliation and scam-level integrity exhibited by CEO Summer Roberts and her Firm. To everybody, avoid Summer Roberts and Impact!
