1 /5 Rebecca Hamblin: I reached out to schedule an appointment. Appointments were only available several weeks out. Disappointing, but okay. Then they called and cancelled the appointment, and said it would be another date. They did not ask if the second date and time worked for me, they just commanded it. I told them the time did not work, and they said they would get back with me to see about something sooner, but they never got back to me and sent me a reminder about the appointment I NEVER AGREED TO. In the meantime, I met with several other potential services and chose one of them.
