1 /5 Motivation Is Key: Absolutely absurd. I called last week to ask to extend my payment due date and was told , “on the recorded line” no I’m not able to, and that I can just call the following week if I want and pay an additional 35$fee on top of my monthly payment, I was just straight lied to , they are now telling me I have to pay almost 800$ to reactivate it. And it’s an entire different policy. Iv been a customer for years, my sister died and I had a payment issue once for less than a week , even called to make sure it was fine to do beforehand , and now this. I would have just paid it last week if I was not lied to..
I’m just in shock a mind blown honestly. For Geico to lie to me and do absolutely nothing to even make it right is just something I didn’t think would happen with them. Especially all being on recorded lines lol. Guess it doesn’t matter .
