1 /5 Stephen Handley: Tried to call the local office. But got transferred to Georgia. Auto policy was cancelled even though Id previously submitted a payment request. Trying to reinstate and premium was > 50% higher. Not a happy Geico customer. Going elsewhere.

1 /5 Motivation Is Key: Absolutely absurd. I called last week to ask to extend my payment due date and was told , “on the recorded line” no I’m not able to, and that I can just call the following week if I want and pay an additional 35$fee on top of my monthly payment, I was just straight lied to , they are now telling me I have to pay almost 800$ to reactivate it. And it’s an entire different policy. Iv been a customer for years, my sister died and I had a payment issue once for less than a week , even called to make sure it was fine to do beforehand , and now this. I would have just paid it last week if I was not lied to.. I’m just in shock a mind blown honestly. For Geico to lie to me and do absolutely nothing to even make it right is just something I didn’t think would happen with them. Especially all being on recorded lines lol. Guess it doesn’t matter .

5 /5 Nicholas Loftin: I did a quote online and it was by far the cheapest out of all of the other insurance companies I looked at and it was the same coverage. I called this office and Johnna answered. She was kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I just switched from Progressive because they were too expensive. I would recommend using and agent from this office for your insurance needs!

He assisted me with a troublesome claim and was patient in explaing everything to all parties involved. I even received an update call from him getting me up-to-speed on the situation.
