1 /5 Monica Infante: My mother was paying a bill and the CSR who helped her, My mother said it wasn’t Sandra someone else was extremely rude. The sad part is she is elderly with health problems and who isnt internet savvy. I was on the phone and I heard it all. If customer service is gone from industries that werewolf based on word of mouth. This place has lost my interest.

1 /5 Anthony Clemente: I would give 0 stars if possible but unfortunately that is not the case. Although I have never had an interest in ever stepping foot in this business I must say that the customer service is horrible. I was parked next to one of the employees trucks and my passenger got off and dropped a few coins on the ground. Closed the door and went to go run her errand. The employee proceeded to walk out of this business, check his car like if someone just slammed into it, bent over to pick up the coins off the ground (and hit my car hard enough my side view mirror was pushed in and my car started to shake dramatically) and proceeded to tell me my passenger hit his car (which is by the way not top of the line). He then proceeded to wake me to move which I did so I wouldnt get a second dent in my car. Very poor customer service I would avoid at all costs
