The employee Mr. Matt answered and he was able to help me clear up the confusion about my insurance. He was thorough enough to help me understand and gave great and solid information and advice.

Matt Friesen at Jay Jackson State Farm was by far the most help in finding it for me. He was patient and honest and he answered all of my questions flawlessly. 5 /5 Giselle Trotty: I went to the State Farm office on Chestnut last year to make changes to add a new address and bank info. After a month or so I realized the new info wasnt changed so I went back to the office and after another month I realized I still had some issues. I then returned to the office and this time I asked to speak with an agent, someone who might be able to rectify my issues. I was then Introduced to Ms. Lisa McGowan. She went over all of my information, corrected all the mistakes that had followed me for years and corrected every thing that needed to be corrected. Im grateful for all of the staff at State Farm but Im certainly happy to have been introduced to Lisa McGowan.
