My overall experience with Houston Jewlery has been wonderful. I will definitely choose yall over any other Jewelery store. Grace is phenomenal. She deserves a raise! Grace was great and patiently went through the catalogues showing me many 2 stone pendant options. She helped me select two different ones that would complement each other yet suit their individual personalities and taste. Grace also showed me numerous types and weights of chains as well as options that were adjustable for varying lengths. When it came to selecting the stones, Gigi taught me about synthetic versus natural stones and their pluses and minuses. These ladies were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful and I was delighted with the final product; 2 extraordinary necklaces each bearing the mother and daughter’s birthstone, highlighted by small diamonds! I highly recommend Houston Jewelry! They really care about satisfying their customers by creating very special pieces.
