milton poehler I have recently received several quotes for auto insurance, all of which have been at least 60 to a hundred dollars more then what i already pay. The ladies are so nice and helpful at this location and have asisted me with my automotive insurance for 3 years. I would recommend them.

Bernita Thompson Absolutely a Great Company. I went from paying over $160 a month for full coverage to under $60 for full coverage. They have taken care of me for almost a year now and I will NOT SWITCH!!! If you are a TX resident, you need to give them a call for almost any type of coverage..

Fred Katani Im writing this review based on my customer experience with this agency. I am not writing this review based on the insurance premiums. After all, we live in the state of Texas, Collin County, where homeowners insurance rates are astronomical because of the severe weather we have here. The office staff does a great job! Ive been dealing with Ms. Alma for the past several years and Ive received nothing but superior service from her. When I send her an email with a question, she responds immediately. (Ive even sent her emails when I knew she was off, hoping that she would respond once she returned to the office. That was not the case, with Alma. She has responded to me when shes off.) Ive shopped around for better rates. There was one company that offered a lower total premium, but the difference wasnt worth making the change at this time. Once again, there customer service is phenomenal!
