In this era of constantly rising insurance company rates and increased customer deductibles, they shop my rates every year to see that I am getting the best coverages at the best rates out there. Above that the customer service is amazing, you are not a number when you call with a question or need help with a claim. They immediately take action and get back to you in a very timely manner. On a couple of occasions, the owner has gotten personally involved with my insurance carrier and gotten issues resolved for me.
