1 /5 michelle sparks: Very unhappy with their service. I’ve had car and homeowners insurance with this group for about 5 or 6 years. I still don’t know what happened either my cc was expired or I got a new cc number. No one from their office bothered to even call and let me know. I was then cancelled from my insurance policy for 3 months. I even called about a water leak and they didn’t tell me I wasn’t insured.bad service…go elsewhere

1 /5 G D: Absolute deceptive marketing. They sent me a quote advertising coverage for my home at 1250 a year. Based on public record information. When I called in to verify that quote they asked me if all the details that they had about my home from the public record were correct. I confirmed that they were. And then provided me a quote 3 1/2 times higher. The information didnt change, their truthfulness did. Avoid doing business with people who engage in deceptive practices like this.

1 /5 Philip Sandil: I got into a collision with another customer carrying all state insurance. The adjuster is takes a long time to process the claim. More than a week since the incident and still no answer from adjuster. Email or Call NONE... YOUR NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE..... !!!! Better look somewhere else.

His insurance was giving me the run around so I called my insurance company (Allstate)....just let me say they had my back 100%! They truly took care of me and all my worries vanished with one phone call. Thanks Allstate!

5 /5 oscar garcia: Dealt with many insurance companies and all just seem to care but never go the extra step. Today I called and had the pleasure to speak to a gentleman named Jose. He was so helpful, patient and shared his knowledge with me without having to ask. He made sure I received all the help I needed an more, talked to me about home and life insurance that really has me thinking. Most definitely will be staying here.
