I had never purchased a car before and could no longer be carried on my parents policy once I turned 25 in October. This whole process scared me a little. Luckily, I have a relationship with Diane and I gave her a call early Saturday morning (outside of her normal business hours) after signing for my new car. I couldnt drive off the lot until I was insured. Diane dropped everything and drove straight to her office to run me quotes after I explained this. Within an hour, Diane had enrolled me in a coverage plan that fit my specific needs and got me the best rating I could find- all over the phone! Amazing!
