1 /5 Carolyn Turner: This agency, without a doubt, has been the most unprofessional business I have ever had contact with. I emailed the owner of the agency, Loren Gulledge two times to cancel policies. Neither email warranted a response from him. So now more than 30 days later, I find out that my auto policy had not been canceled when I asked him to do so. When I called him to ask about my policy, he informed me then that I should’ve addressed the emails to Esperanza. He could have responded to my emails with that information. Shame on him. I have been a good customer of his for more than six years and I did not deserve this treatment. I am now so glad that I have switched companies.
