Susan Crews Twice since the death of my husband and me taking over our joint accounts this institution has been unprofessional and impossible to work with. The first incident was trying to transfer money out of our account to another bank because I had found a savings account paying 7 times the interest rate at Texas Partners. It cost me 3+ weeks of interest before they would approve the transfer. Just this week, because the lobby hours are only until 3pm 4 days a week, I was trying to deposit a significant amount of cash at 4 pm. In the morning I was told to use the commercial drive through lane. At 3:15, I was informed they were short staffed due to spring break and I would have to return the next day with my cash for deposit. Needless to say, I returned the next day, removed the remaining money from my account and took it and the cash to another bank.
