Because they are a broker, they can shop around for the best rates, and while your carrier may change, your agent doesnt.

1 /5 Douglas Peyton: I have been doing business with this company and personally with the owner Eric for over 15 years. Sadly, their service has gone way downhill in the last year. They re-wrote a policy for us when we bought a new vehicle and deleted one of our vehicles that we had policies with and we drove for three months with zero insurance. Yesterday they sent us our new policy telling us that if we switched to another company, we would save $2,000.00 so we went ahead and went forward and paid in advance not realizing that they had left our daughter completely off of our policy and absolutely misrepresented what we were paying for. Heard lots of excuses about employees making mistakes, but unfortunately that doesn’t fly with us after years of good service. We will be taking our business elsewhere and we recommend anyone doing business with them to read every line of your policy prior to doing business with them. They obviously no longer realize the importance of correctly writing insurance policies to protect their clientele.

1 /5 Alex Westbrook: I reached out to this agency a month prior to my insurance renewal to confirm I was still getting the best rate. Despite comparing a quote from Progressive, they assured me I was on the best plan and advised me to stay. Shockingly, I was billed an extra $100 per month when my renewal came around. When I called to inquire about this sudden increase, there was no prior communication or mention of any change in my rate. Speaking with Zach only added to the frustration; his response was a dismissive "Oops, my bad I didn’t communicate that with you," after which he admitted to shopping this increased rate without my knowledge. Zach consistently sounded confused and unsure throughout our conversations, which did not inspire confidence. If you value clear communication and reliable service, I recommend looking elsewhere for your insurance needs. Asked for a follow-up call with Eric Grunor himself to voice my frustrations with the shopping rate before the renewal. Eric confirmed they did shop my old rate and not my new rate, and advised what difference I thought that would have made. (comparing $460 with other companies instead of the renewal $560 could change which company came back with the lower rate) Which I advised doing the comparison correctly keeping me an informed customer with the correct information for decision making. Erics attitude increased. Advising he didnt care I was frustrated. So if you want no customer service and even if they drop the ball ultimately they dont care and blame you.
