Farmers Insurance - Burke Trail - Beaumont (TX)

1 /5 Diana Williams: I used Burke Trail for my personal auto and renters insurance and had the worst experience that Ive ever had with an insurance agent in my whole life. Skylar was my agent. I reached out to her to change my address on my policy at least two times that I know of and it was never done. I asked her to shop some quotes for me before my policy renewal date and she never got back with me. I had a 10 AM appointment scheduled with her today and she never called. Needless to say I have put in a request to change my agent on my policy.
