Penny Mason I have known Jimmy and Nancy for more than 40 years and they are genuinely caring people who will go out of their way to take care of their customers. I recently had what was going to be a significant increase in my homeowner insurance policy. Jordan Wright, an associate at the Norman Agency worked until she found coverage I could afford and that still offered the coverage I needed. I am so grateful. I would, and have, recommended them to friends and family. I don’t want a policy that I bought online. I appreciate that if I have questions or issues I know who I’m talking to and trust they’ll look out for me.

Clifford Maples I have enjoyed doing business in this State Farm Office. The staff are so friendly and eager to help. I got to visit with the agent Denice which was very helpful. John K The agents were super helpful. Ive never payed so low on insurance prior to going to them. The ONLY downside is you have to physically come here to add vehicles or drivers and its a 45 minute drive for me. But totally worth it with the money being saved.
