Tessa Williams Hany did an amazing job helping me and my Fiance pick out our wedding bands. He understood our tastes and showed us the perfect selection of rings. He was very welcoming and made the process simple and fun! I would absolutely recommend his services, as well as the other Kay employees at this location.

John Tijerina Bought my engagement ring from Nicole. She was amazing from the beginning of looking at it, she took her time and helped me out more than any other store I went to. Even after the purchase she tremendously helped me and spent more then 30 minutes making sure we had our warranty information set so we had no issues down the road. She was very professional, nice, and overall made the experience of spending a lot of money more enjoyable!!

Alex Only giving two stars as the sales associate are lovely. I went in to purchase one of my first statement pieces but couldn’t make up my mind. I was mid conversation with a lovely worker when, I’m assuming the manager with long grey hair came and took the worker away to ask questions that were irrelevant to the conversation in front of me and several other customers. This is super embarrassing not only for me but I cannot imagine how the employees feel. I would not recommend coming here as this interaction left me uncomfortable.

Yavriel Sechelle Incredible service. Incredibly friendly person. Great and talented artist. My (now)wife and I went there to get my mothers wedding ring resized for our wedding. Sonya was very happy and excited to do it for us, and asked us how quick we needed it. We told her no biggie, the wedding was still a few weeks away(at that time. We had to move the date up), so whenever she could get it done in that time would be great. The next day, less than 24 hours later in fact, she called us to let us know she had it done, because she was so excited for us to get married, and wanted us to have it as soon as possible. She even put the ring in a display case with other rings to give us a jewelry store experience, as in my wife could choose what ring she wanted. Very fun and sweet of her to add that bit of playfulness into the business. The ring was resized perfectly, and she cleaned it up nicely, which was something she took the initiative to do without asking. Consumate professional. This is Exactly why you shop local, and support local businesses. Try finding that brand of humanity and thoughtfulness in a big box retailer of any kind. Thank you, Sonya! CC Ryder Sister was gifted with a pair of too fancy, opal earrings. She gifted me w/the set, but with an idea, I wanted to redesign the setting & gift her back. Lapidary Arts took pierced earrings w/mirage setting & turned them into a silver, threaded, dropped, caged setting. There was a miscommunication in the lab creating a delay, but Lapidary Arts made good on the correction. I was pleased with the price. Sister is very pleased with the look. I recommend this shop. Photos of original Mirage setting, test fit on myself, boxed new design with "U" connector, and frontal pic of happy sister.
