Nikki Chanel Sarah and Rico were so kind and helpful. I needed to exchange a gift I got for my birthday and Sarah spent time learn what I liked and offered so many suggestions and let me try on different things. I needed to stay within a certain budget and she tried a few combinations of things that I liked to see what would work with getting the LPP. I left this Zales so happy and satisfied. Then she offered to clean my jewelry. Highly recommend them.

Andre Wardian Roger went above and beyond with the workmanship and attention he spent on creating this piece. I gave him a design and was shocked to see how much care, detail, and time he spent on the project. The project initially took longer than anticipated, but it was worth the extra time spent getting it just right. I will definitely be back for another project! Needless to say, customer service was fantastic and pricing was always fair. Thank you for giving a second life to a family heirloom that was passed down!

Kim Wood We were in Corpus for the weekend when we decided to stop in Samuels to take a look. We wanted to originally upgrade our wedding set but but when I saw these two rings that were just so beautiful…my husband talked me into them. When we got to the hotel after our purchase I noticed that I did not receive the certificate for one of the rings. The owner and Sayed said they would look for it and get it to us. My husband and I needed to return back home and said we could come back for it . After some exchanges in texts and calls we went back down the following weekend. The owner went out of his way and even brought in some additional diamonds for me to look at. I ended up switching out the original diamond I. The ring with a better diamond and was very happy. Both gentleman were very polite and respectable. My husband and I were very appreciative of their efforts and the quality of care we received. We will most definitely be back.
