George DeMontrond III: Allstate Insurance - Conroe (TX)

1 /5 Elizabeth: Dont know if it is the agency or Allstate but is the second time they automatically add a random person based on my address to my policy and they charge for that person. I dont know those people nor they haver lived at my address. They send you a letter to notify you and you have call them to let them know to take off that person but it is frustrating having to be constantly check mail and transactions from them. They say all Companies do that but this is the first time I have noticed this issue so please be aware of that.

1 /5 Linda Nelson: For 7 years Allstate has taken a withdraw from my bank monthly for the premium without any hassle. Just recently I have had a claim and it has been a nightmare experience that still is not resolved. The only thing Allstate is good at is taking your money. Time to take my business elsewhere.

1 /5 KS R: Agentes at this location are very rude! Other offices are very helpful and attentive, I would recommend calling another office! The manager speaks to you like you are an idiot and do now know what you’re talking about.
