5 /5 John Powell: This Frost Banking Center isnt only amazing because of its customer service, which was above and beyond, it also has an astonishing amount of historical significance. The branch itself is a walk back in time with a history that is authenticly Texas and uniquely Galveston.
Jessie Ortiz Kara is always so helpful and speedy at her job. I hope I spelled her name right. She kind and generous when she helps me. I did have a bad experience this morning with a teller but spoke with Lily the manager about it. She assured me she will take care of it.
ken walton I have never felt more secure with my investments. I was tired of losing money in 401ks and the market. When I met John and we had our first meeting I knew that I had met a friend forever. After an extensive research into Allianz (whom I had never heard of) all my doubts were over. I am more than happy with not only John but I love his whole staff that always make themselves available in the most courteous manner that I could ever ask for.

Had two accounts with them. Paid off one account, cant wait until my final account is paid in full. I will never ever use this company again.
