Upon installing a roof using Class 4 material, Belinda Grantges of Harmon Insurance Agency, with the certificate for the Class 4 material, was able to attain quality homeowners coverage for us with only a 3.5% increase in cost from my current rate and a reduction in wind/hail deductible from 3% to 2%. The savings between the renewal and the final rate covered the upgrade over typical roofing material in the first year.
