First United Bank - Canyon (TX)

1 /5 N. Edwards: Horrible service at the Canyon Texas location. I was told that since Im a disabled veteran that they wouldnt do business with me inside the bank. I was told to use the ATM outside if I wished to access my money. Do not recommend using this branch office. The Amarillo and other locations have always welcomed mine and other veterans business.

5 /5 Thomas Landess: This bank is incredible. Just switched from the "Sad" bank across town. The mortgage department took care of my refinance to perfection a couple of months ago. Also, the credit analyst group are some of the hardest workers I know. They are a group of really talented folks. They work with a fire in their bellies for pleasing the customer. Wish I could give more stars.

5 /5 Morganne Thompson: First United Bank is my bank. This is the bank that actually treats me like family. They work with you as an individual, not as one of the mass. I have used other banks in my travels and all the major corporate banks (Wells Fargo, Chase, or Bank of America) will leave you extremely disappointed after working with First United. I have never had to wait on hold to talk to my loan officer or any other member of First United. Any issue I have is quickly resolved, and any questions I have are quickly answered. The phone app is easy to use and provides access to actually banking on the go. Everything you need in a bank and more you can find here at First United.
