1 /5 Jordan vega: Absolute poor Customer Service, if I could give ZERO stars I would.. During a Global Pandemic of all times.. Called in for a deferment as times have recently got a little chaotic. I was told that I had been approved for 2 months, signed the deferment agreement and then was told that my next payment would not be till June. Received a call today requesting payment and that I was 10 days late. I questioned all of this as I was already approved for the deferment for April and May. She proceeds to apologize for the inconvenience and states there was nothing she could do, she proceeds to request payment with no explanation as to why GM financial approved me then backtracked and said "Sorry, it wasnt approved". Great work GM Financial!
