I was so impressed with your whole organization and she made me feel like I mattered. 1 /5 Charles Morganti: We admit they are a very polite group of people but my wife and I do not believe that they had our best interests in mind based on the products, not investments, they put us in. Feliciano Financial put $20,000.00 of our money into FSEP (Franklin Square Energy and Power) a product that we now have absolutely no control over. There has been over $500 in fees on this account and feel confident that Feliciano also collected a nice sales commission. The worst thing though is that we have been trying to get our money back for over 5 years on this product.....the company (Franklin Square) was just dribbling it back to us at whatever rate they want as the price per share continued to plummet and ceased even doing when they froze the account. UPDATE: (11/06/24) At this time the fund is now "FS SPECIALTY LENDING FUND", our energy and power fund has morphed into a lending fund with no input from share holders.
