First Convenience Bank - Lockhart (TX)

1 /5 L Cheryl “Jenni”: This bank, every location is horrible and they are taking advantage of every costumer they have. Something I would like for anyone thats a member or anyone considering opening an account at first national convenience bank is that they will steal from you and put your credit at risk and fee , fee , fee you until you are in debt to the bank and tell you lies about all of it.. I dont give reviews very often but in this case I feel its my responsibility to tell as many people as possible the truth about this entity first national convenience bank.

5 /5 Marie Clampitt: Open all the time Saturday, Holidays and even til 7pm on Friday, friendly, quick to help, location in store is nice, $0 down, no credit check, they gave me a debit card same day, all I needed was an ID, been with them since 2009 never had a problem.

1 /5 Christopher Mims: Cut me off overdraft for absolutely zero reason and zero explanation .Anytime I borrowed any money I paid it back. And then one day "the system " decided I was to poor for overdraft privileges. I will be closing my account and if any person depends on an overdraft occasionally, do not use this bank. When you ask why, the employees are like robots. We cant do anything, the system decided. Call the 800 number. You call the 800 number and talk with "management " and they have no better response. All in all I couldnt get my medication I needed because the bank Ive been with for 5 years, (and never had this problem) has a system that unfairly cut my overdraft privileges because I dont put enough money in the bank I guess. It seems to me, you pay the loan off there should be no problem with another loan.

1 /5 Sarah Flores: I want to love this bank for actually being convenient, though only its location is convenient. Customer service is awful. Usually end up standing around while everyone is huddled in the back office staring at you. I have had a problem with every single transaction, either taking an inordinately long time to process something incredibly simple (deposit without withdrawal) or TURNING US AWAY from using our own account because of improper employee training (not knowing how to deposit funds, withdraw funds, deposit with withdrawal) then lying- citing some thing is wrong with my account, etc. Ive honestly had to leave and come back later and MAGICALLY a different employee has zero issue and goes "huh, thats strange!" when I ask them about previously mentioned issue with my account. I am a very patient and forgiving person, but at this point I am considering changing banks and never looking back.

3 /5 Ginelle Bosque: Just Opened an account at the lockhart Location. The customer service has been great until today. I went in to discuss my account and although there was several people available, I was just stared at while standing in the lobby. Noone got up to assist me. That is unacceptable for business. Especially if a manager was on site. Promptness was non existant. No willing to help. Even if a meeting was in place or anything similar one person should have been available to assist customers. The front should never be left unattended unless the bank is closed. Very Disappointed.
