Richard Snow Worst insurance company. Line drops everytime you tell them to cancel the insurance. Rate increased just for changing my address (same driver, same car, moved 3 blocks away). Go figure.

Dorian Rocha Shopped around for home insurance since my current one had increased its premium. Ms. Alma contacted me and helped me wonderfully. I was able to bundle my home and auto insurance with them. Alma answered all my questions (which were a lot) and tailored my insurances exactly the way I wanted them to meet my personal needs and wants. She made sure everything was explained to me and got everything done in a timely manner as far as setting my new policies and canceling my existing ones. Definitely recommend.

Kenneth Jones She is a very nice person. She breaks down everything to you. She will help you with all your insurance needs. She will get you the best quotes. She is great at what she does. I have been with farmers since 2008 before she became an agent. She has been helping me every since.

Ben Matteson Excellent. Superior customer service experience. I just got off the phone with Justin. My wife wanted me to do some comparison shopping because our home insurance renewal premium had gone up significantly. First try, reached Justin. Went over the details with him and he told us to keep our existing policy and why. And because of the way our existing insurer handled independent agents, he couldnt be our agent for this policy. So, giving us the right answer cost him money. And hed probably say that was no big thing, but in so many areas of our lives, our business relationships are plagued with a lack of trustworthiness. So I now find myself genuinely disappointed that he cant be our agent. And I cant believe I wasted this much time not working with an independent insurance agent. I will call them again next year to review things and see if theres a better deal.
