We were greeted so warmly, and Jeanette took such great care of us. Not only did she offer to clean her ring, but she also mentioned that we still had a warranty on it! We had completely forgotten about it. To our surprise, the warranty covered resizing, which is something wed been considering for a while. And the best part? Jeanette explained that we even have options for future upgrades! It was such a pleasant and unexpected experience. Jeanette was absolutely wonderful – so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We went in for a simple cleaning and left feeling so happy and informed about our options. Y55 Q Terrible experience. I bought a bracelet for my son’s birthday. I went back the next day because it was too long. They wanted me to pay $70 to shorten it! I asked for my money back and they said they couldn’t. They told me I could trade it for something the same value. I got a different and shorter bracelet for a lower value, and they kept the rest. Highly recommended you go somewhere else.
