Randal J Smith I needed financing for a transmission work. I initiated my call to Kevin the Branch Manager in the early morning while at work, and by 5:00 pm or shortly after I had my loan. They staff was friendly and helpful and their efforts got my vehicle back to me the next day. They set reasonable payments that should not cause me any hardships. Having your transmission go out is a terrible feeling. These folks contributed to the experience feeling very positive. It is good to have a service out there when it is needed that does require an arm and leg to help you.

Kaitlyn Lightburn My overall experience with TDECU has been frustrating and unreliable. Their online banking system is not user-friendly at all—navigating it feels outdated and overly complicated. On top of that, trying to reach someone for even the most basic questions is a hassle. You can expect to wait on hold for 30 minutes to an hour, which is absolutely ridiculous. And when you finally do get someone on the line, there’s no guarantee they’ll have the answers you need. In-person service hasn’t been much better. At the location I visited, a simple deposit or withdrawal took about 20 minutes to process. There’s a serious lack of efficiency across the board. I really wanted to give them a chance, but the consistent delays and poor customer service have made it clear—TDECU is just not worth it.

Ashton Thompson Working with Dream Auto was such a stress free and amazing experience. I contacted them in regards to the vehicle I wanted and week before and they got me approved and literally gave me plenty of options and choices and help me get into something comfortable that was in my budget! The staff is so accommodating and polite! I have purchased quite my share of vehicles but truly no other experience compares, quick and easy process!!! If you are in a he market for a car I highly suggest you check them out!!

Marcela was a fantastic Client Coach and treated me with respect. Bonnie was my Portfolio Manager/Closing Coordinator and had immense patience while guiding me through the process. OTRL and their incredible employees make this normally scary process easy, comfortable, and fast! Along with their loan services, they offer financial mentoring. This is a huge asset that I would recommend EVERYONE take advantage of. OTRL helps you improve your credit and financial position via their mentoring. These people GENUINELY care, and you can trust them to do right by you. They are opening a body shop and I am excited to have those services available soon. Thanks for being awesome OTRL!
