1 /5 Alexis Zamorano: Ive been a member since it was SJFCU over 30 YEARS. Ive been trying to get a debit card since it was stolen, for over a month, no response through their olb messaging center and to get to rep would take over an hour for a callback. I decided to close my account and still no response until 3 days later. In the time I waited 5 NSF fees hit my account, just checked my account ,closed and a generalized message saying theyve been too busy and understaffed. Still no response to my original message when I asked for a card. Im beyond disappointed. Moved my accounts to another CU and since I had to move my DD I accidently got NSF fees there. I didnt even have to ask but they offered to waive them all, TDECU was like crickets, no effort in memership retention. Glad I moved.
