5 /5 Karl Schofield: Very helpful & caring people in New Braunfels office! All have been very pleasant and I worked with Grace and it could not have been nicer. This office has always been great and I’d recommend them every day of the year.

1 /5 VandC Vids: I rated this low solely on Cathy. She is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have heard answer the phone in a long time! Shes condescending ,belittling, and makes you feel inferior to her. And she literally deep sighed the whole time like it was a chore to help me not her job. I tried to chalk it up to maybe Shes having a bad day but nope its every time I call in. I was offended! Ive worked in customer service all my life, and it wouldnt fly in our office. I know her branch manager has to be able to hear her. She needs customer service training or keep her off the phones because everyone else in this branch is so kind, patient and helpful.

1 /5 Katalina Pound: This review is for the overall company. On their website the system will state youre approved. Then it will request your photo ID and tell you the document is currently being reviewed. Once they are finished with reviewing your photo id, that initial approval is not valid. They then call you and demand collateral in order to approve you. This place is an absolute scam. I spoke with Katherine and she was highly unprofessional. She would over talk me and interrupt me while I was speaking. When I tried to provide feedback, she cut me off again and said "have a nice day" and then hung up on me. I called back and told her that she was being highly unprofessional and disrespectful. I finally got my feedback to her. That feedback fully fell on deaf ears. I can 100% say to not waste your time with this company. They will just give you false hope. Scammers 100%!

5 /5 diana downing: The staff at the New Braunfels location were very helpful. Made the entire process great. Raquel and Cassi were awesome. They were able to help us and explained everything thoroughly to us

1 /5 Maria Avilez: I did not get her name but very unprofessional. Very rude on the phone kept sighing like she was so disturbed to be helping me. Being a csr myself I would never talk to a person the way this individual did.
