Nathan and Melissa Henderson I recently had the opportunity to purchase a wedding gift from a registry at Neon Moon! I am not a shopper, by any means. Lesa was knowledgable and so much fun! I enjoyed her, and the store that I purchased a BIRTHDAY gift for a friend. This store is a hidden jewel and a BIG must for out of town shoppers too!

Tre Marcus The service at this Kay Jewelers is top notch! We did ring shopping at Zales and a different Kay Jewelers store but none of them compared to this one. Javier worked with us in making sure we got the perfect rings. He was patient, understanding, thoughtful and went above & beyond…staying in contact with us even after hours. For my surprise proposal, he made sure the engagement ring was sized and returned before my proposal date. When the ring was ready to pick up on his off day, he still came into the store to make sure I got the ring and was happy with it. He and the staff also made suggestions for the proposal so they were extremely helpful overall. My fiance loves the ring and were so happy we selected this Kay Jewelers location.

Jenni Romano I was very hesitant to use American Blue Diamonds after reading the reviews online, but I am so glad I didnt let all of the negative reviews sway my initial judgement! Linh was absolutely fantastic. She communicated with me during the entire custom order process, with almost instantaneous updates when I asked for them. My ring arrived today and it is absolutely stunning! She was also able to negotiate the price of the ring, and I know after shopping around, that Linh gave me a fantastic price. When the ring designer messed up my order, Linh was quick to apologize for their mistake and even sent me a lovely gift from American Blue Diamonds, even though it was not their error. I would highly recommend Linh and American Blue Diamonds. I truly had an exceptional customer service experience with them!

Natalie Mercadel My bestie and I had such a great experience at The Pink Swan Shop! We got matching permanent anklets, and the whole vibe of the shop was so cute and girly—literally pink paradise! Yendi helped us out and she was the sweetest! Super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience so much fun. She helped us pick the perfect anklets and made sure everything felt special. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back for more cute jewelry.

Andre Wardian Roger went above and beyond with the workmanship and attention he spent on creating this piece. I gave him a design and was shocked to see how much care, detail, and time he spent on the project. The project initially took longer than anticipated, but it was worth the extra time spent getting it just right. I will definitely be back for another project! Needless to say, customer service was fantastic and pricing was always fair. Thank you for giving a second life to a family heirloom that was passed down!
