Carlin Berry I am very frustrated. I was told that I needed to give a proof of residency so I called to ask if a certain piece of my mail would be acceptable. I cant go into town willy nilly due to being my grandmothers caretaker, and wanted to make sure I had the correct documentation first. I have been on hold for over an hour; until closing I called an hour and 20 minutes before closing. They are super nice in-person, but I wish they had more urgency over the phone.
