Carol I had a great working session with Chad Smith today! Although he is personable and down-to-earth, dont be fooled: Chad is also very knowledgeable, and able to explain things to me in a way I could understand. He answered all my questions, brought a perspective to what I was trying to accomplish, and made some excellent recommendations from someone who was obviously an expert. This is exactly what I was seeking, and I look forward to future engagement with him and the Heritage Financial team!

Bree I called them and asked them what was the qualifications for a loan. She told me and I got my paperwork together and went to the office. The process was quick and they were very friendly. What I really like is I can call in my payment so it didnt be late. The ladies were always friendly to me and my husband. They talked to us like they had known us for years. I would definitely apply there again.
