1 /5 Mariah Bracken: Terrible bank, this bank does not care for their customers at all. Loyal customer for years and they completely took advantage of our hard time and gave us over $400 in fees in less than a month.

2 /5 Carlin Berry: I am very frustrated. I was told that I needed to give a proof of residency so I called to ask if a certain piece of my mail would be acceptable. I cant go into town willy nilly due to being my grandmothers caretaker, and wanted to make sure I had the correct documentation first. I have been on hold for over an hour; until closing I called an hour and 20 minutes before closing. They are super nice in-person, but I wish they had more urgency over the phone.
