1 /5 jay gog: Was with this company for a long time and the last few I kept noticing my rates kept going up and up and up, finally I shopped around and found I had been getting ripped off by an agency I was loyal to for 15 years I am now paying almost half what I was paying this agency for the same exact policy and get this with the same exact provider, this is also after I requested them to do whatever they could to find me better rates and was told what I was paying was the best they could do. I guess I was being punished for having zero claims and a flawless driving record, also when I canceled they put forth zero effort to keep my business. Really gave the the warm and fuzzies of that small town business appreciation. Shop around and I bet you that you will find the same results. Only thing they are looking out for is their own profit.
